Standard carbide scrapers (fine cleaning) with a knife hardness of more than 75 NV are designed for cleaning high-speed conveyor belts, as well as for large-load belts and conveyors. Applications: sand, gravel, slag, clay, brick factories, asphalt plants, gypsum, cement, glass industry, etc. The cleaning edge of the replaceable knife (wear-resistant steel) is spring-loaded with torsion bars and is in tense contact with the tape. Thanks to the design features, the scrapers clean up to 98% of the sticking material and moisture.
